We are not attorneys, financial advisors or CPA’s, however, we partner with these resources, when needed, to ensure that every task that we complete for you is under their advice. And if you do not have an estate attorney or financial advisor and your estate requires or would benefit from these resources, we are happy to connect you with our network of seasoned professionals.
What types of documents can I store on the platform?
You can securely upload wills, trusts, medical directives, power of attorney forms, and any other important end-of-life planning documents.
People upload copies of their driver's licenses, social security cards, Medicare/Medicaid IDs, and any other information that is useful to have on hand.
The platform accepts most common file types, like JPGs, PDFs and Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel).
How secure is the platform for storing my sensitive information?
Security is our top priority. We use bank-grade encryption to ensure your documents are stored safely. Only you and those you authorize will have access to your files, and you can revoke access at any time.
How do I ensure my wishes are carried out when I pass?
Our platform helps you outline and automate key tasks, such as notifying beneficiaries and managing financial accounts. You can assign specific people to oversee these tasks and ensure everything is carried out according to your instructions.
Can I update or change my documents after uploading them?
Absolutely. You can upload new versions of documents as needed and make any updates to your information directly on the platform. Your trusted contacts will always have access to the most up-to-date files.
Is there a cost to use the platform?
We offer a tiered subscription plan. You can start with a free trial to explore the platform, and our paid plans include additional features such as automated task management.
What happens to my account and documents when I pass away?
You can pre-select trusted individuals who will gain access to your documents upon your passing. Upon uploading & validation of a death certificate, they will receive clear instructions and automated reminders to carry out your final wishes.
Once complete all data will be deleted & removed from our platform.
